The energy was high at Ivar as Msquared showcased Femme Fatale. Thrown by Shine Productions, the club stage was transformed into a runway as models emerged from the curtains to debut the latest trends. The national anthem of the L.A. party girl sounded off as shorts, barely-there skirts, and lean legs came parading down the runway, the models finishing with a spirited spin. The show featured one of the L.A. fashion scene's signature looks: conventional everyday items dressed up or down and transformed into original, provocative ensembles. Winter parkas were paired with short camouflage skirts, while floral tunics were worn as tiny shirtdresses.

The itty-bitty bikini top brought a sexy new look to plain shorts and knee-high boots. Though a good portion of the show was racy, we saw evidence of subtle playfulness with knit outerwear and denim bottoms coupled with fun tops. Femme Fatale was certainly a crowd pleaser, giving the audience a voyeuristic peek at the sexier side of L.A. fashion.
